MassMutual - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
THEY CAN'T EVEN HELP ME GET MY MONEY THAT I INVESTED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE FROM THE OWNER WHO WON'T GET BACK TO ME TO SIGN IT. IN A NUTSHELL, I WON'T GET MY OWN MONEY IF HE DOESN'T SIGN THE PAPER.
MASS MUTUAL SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP AND HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS SAYING THE SAME THINGS.
THEY ARE NO HELP AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE PERSON THAT SET UP THE ACCOUNT CAUSE THOSE ARE USUALLY THE RICH AND THAT'S WHO THERE GOING TO PROTECT. I HAVE TRIED FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND STILL TO THIS DAY, CANT GET MY OWN MONEY I INVESTED.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
MassMutual Cons: Customer service, Closing of accounts, Policy, Account reps.

Read your benefits info next time. Many companies have automatic enrollment into retirement plans and require their signature to opt out. Sounds like the real issue is with your employer...
